Yea it’s me again, as the Reunion draws closer the more email you get to receive from me. The good news is we are going to have a great Reunion this year.
The following is an update of those planning on attending the upcoming C Troop Reunion in August, and for those of you who haven't yet made your reservations we still have rooms, and we will miss you, if you don’t come. Note that we have come up with a more organized list which tracts our receipt of funds, dinners selected, room reservations, etc. Please check carefully to insure that all information recorded for you is accurate.
Note also that we have some names where there is no indication of room reservations being made and/or no indication of remittance for meals. We encourage you to make your room reservations and meal commitments as soon as you are able. I will be sending the Crowne Plaza a check for $1500 for a first payment on our meals. All Meals must be paid for in advance of the Reunion. We can’t add you after July 26th . Please get your order in soon. Again, YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR YOUR ROOM UNTIL YOUR ARRIVAL.
Up to this point we've had a great response, which is encouraging, but there are many Brothers out there still unaware of our Reunions so please continue to spread the word.
